HOW TO BECOME A VALUED CONSIGNOR
In order to make your consignment experience the best possible, we ask that you make an appointment the first time you consign with us so that we can set aside time just for you. This will allow us to answer any questions you might have and make sure you are completely comfortable with our process.
Appointment times are generally Monday through Saturday, 11 am - 4 pm. But we are happy to make exceptions. Call us at 209-588-8810.
Your first appointment will take approximately 30 minutes – allowing us time to go
through your items with you, discuss any questions you might have, and fill out our consignment agreement. We will also show you how to use our drop & run procedure for future consignments.
We are willing to consider almost anything, but PLEASE, don’t be offended if we say no thank you. We DO know what our customers are looking for and we are PICKY PICKY PICKY about what we take in.
Consigning Guidelines
Clothing needs to be in fashion, which generally means that it was purchased within the last 2 years – or is a classic, timeless style or unique.
We prefer better and designer apparel.
Items not accepted include:
Discount brands from Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Mervyns, etc.
Children and maternity
Mens slacks & suits
Uniforms
Shoes showing any wear or dyed-to-match
Items with an odor or smoky smell
...
We gladly accept women’s shoes, jewelry, purses and accessories that are clean and like-new.
All items should be in new, or like-new condition to be accepted for consignment: No tears, stains, fading, missing buttons or broken zippers. Clothes and home decor items in great condition equal great profits for you! If stains or imperfections are noticed while on the selling floor, the item is reduced or donated.
